Here are some “happy endings” that I can share with you. Many buyers take their new puppy home, and after letting me know the puppy is settled, they never contact me again. Others include photos and write off and on for perhaps a year. Some write me from the “dog’s angle” which is very funny. Many share vacation stories they’ve had with their pet.
I usually send these messages to my Mum in Canada who loves to read them. Then I thought that perhaps someone looking at the website would also enjoy them... I contacted the authors and asked permission to share their letters. I promised that I would not include e-mail addresses. You will note they are located all around the country as well as Canada. Clearly, for those who don’t live near me, shipping your new puppy is not problematic.

I just wanted to write to tell you how very happy I am since I got two of your Schnauzers in hopes you will tell others of my experience.
When I met you, I had no experience with Miniature Schnauzers but due to health issues, I was looking for a companion that was the perfect size with lots to give but required very little. It seemed as if I would not find that dog until I met you. I needed a small (but not too small) sized dog that required little to no maintenance, would be happy being with me but content and happy if they were not in my lap constantly, loved children, and a dog that did not shed.
After talking to you and trusting in your experience and knowledge I decided to get two of your ADOLECENT dogs, Mario and Luigi. I have to tell you that in the 20 something years that I had rescued and re-homed many dogs of various breeds; I have never had better dogs than these two in my home. I never considered a Miniature Schnauzer until we spoke and now I would never own any other breed of dog!!
Mario and Luigi fit my needs and my life just perfectly. I am so glad I got Adolescents rather than puppies because they were so easy to transition into my life! You were so right in how perfect they would be for me and I am so glad I trusted you to find the perfect companions for me and my family. I do not know how you do it, but after listening to me you were able to pick the perfect dogs for us. They are smart, playful, EASY to maintain, love my grandbaby, do not require all of my attention, easy to train, perfect size and weight, and most of all they are the love of our lives!
Thank you for all you have done for me and my family and I hope that you will share this letter with others. I recommend that others looking for the “perfect dog” to seriously consider making one of your Miniature Schnauzers a part of their lives.

Hi Norma. Both our family and Batman seem to adjusting to each other fairly well. Batman has such a gentle personality! Robyn and Grace, the two daughters that you met, are particularly fond of him, and he of them. When they are home, Batman is usually glued to one of them, and they love it. We feel blessed to have found him, and we appreciate the way you raised him.

Dear Norma. Ebi was a SURPRISE Christmas gift to us from our eldest son. Needless to say, we were definitely not prepared! Ebi has a darling disposition. He is quiet & friendly. Everyone who meets him falls inlove.....even non-dog lovers! The lady who grooms him says he is a darling to work with. He loves the attention. He is so affectionate & a real cuddler. I guess one of the attributes I appreciate the most is that he does not shed! He is light & easy to handle. I would consider myself a convert, for when people suggest to us they are considering a dog, I expound the virtues of Ebi. Our son fell in love with him first, now we are all smitten.Thank you for breeding such a fellow!! Fond regards."

"Hi Norma. Last night Joe and I were talking about how healthy CJ is. Our little Dolly is non-stop energy, but CJ seems healthier some how - just solid and perfect - really. We celebrated his b-day with "greenies" - ha. He really has turned into a gorgeous dog - but the best part is his sweet and loving personality. You'll laugh about this - he loves for us to hold him up in the air over our backyard fence so that he can look into the other backyards. He doesn't tire of it and wants us to hold him on the edge of the fence as long as we can. Like you initially said, he is so inquisitive and curious about everything - especially things in the air. "We purchased Lady Sabina in the summer of 2005 and she will celebrate her first birthday May 31, 2006. From an initial weight of 17 ounces when we picked her up, she has grown into a beautiful, 5.5-pound small toy poodle. We have been told by another poodle breeder that both her configuration and coat are excellent. Perhaps, most important, is her happy disposition. She's smart, easily trained and socialized and is an excellent traveler. She is the perfect companion".

"My husband and I fell in love with the idea of having a small dog. So, we got Rhett Butler. Well, Rhett had to have a friend ~ he was lonely. So, we found him a Scarlet O'Hara - one of Norma's party puppies. Norma took the best care in getting our little Scarlet to us via Alaska Airlines. She stayed in contact with us from the time she got home from putting her on the plane, to sending us wonderful detailed directions on how to best care for Scarlet once she got off the plane. The transition was easy and Scarlet arrived in perfect condition! She traveled in a well padded, comfortable pet carrier all the way from Ontario, CA to North Pole, AK. Having purchased two puppies from two different breeders, I would highly recommend Norma to anyone who is interested in adding a loving pet to their family. The experience was delightful! We love our little Scarlet to pieces and so does Rhett"

"Hi Norma. Jonah is doing great and we just couldn't imagine life without him. Tim is taking puppy classes with Jonah and I have to watch it, he is getting spoiled.
