Here are some “happy endings” that I can share with you. Many buyers take their new puppy home, and after letting me know the puppy is settled, they never contact me again. Others include photos and write off and on for perhaps a year. Some write me from the “dog’s angle” which is very funny. Many share vacation stories they’ve had with their pet.
I usually send these messages to my Mum in Canada who loves to read them. Then I thought that perhaps someone looking at the website would also enjoy them... I contacted the authors and asked permission to share their letters. I promised that I would not include e-mail addresses. You will note they are located all around the country as well as Canada. Clearly, for those who don’t live near me, shipping your new puppy is not problematic.

I don't think we could ever express enough how much we love Mario! He is doing so great! He is just like our little baby. We all love snuggling with him and it's almost a competition to see who can snuggle with him first. He is just so smart and caring. We are constantly snapping pictures of him with our phone and camera! In fact, we've filled our card in our camera! My whole family is so blown away by Ryan's reaction with him. It is his responsibility to give him his vitamin and he takes that so seriously. Max has been brushing him. Tim and I are left to clean up the "piles" but I guess we can't expect miracles. Ha ha! All of my daycare kids are loving him, even the little ones that are scared of dogs. In fact, sometimes I put him in his kennel so he can get a break. What's funny is that he just LOVES the attention. It's almost like the more the better!
Now that the weather has been nice he has really enjoyed being outside. He's only barked once but definitely has shown the dogs in the neighborhood who the king is! The boys think that is sooooo cool! Tim bought him a stuffed bunny rabbit and he loves it! He sleeps with it and carries it with him everywhere. He loves to retrieve it and then he teases us and runs right past us and won't give it to us until he is totally ready. We get such a kick out of it. He has a route that he takes around our house. Those little floppy ears are the absolute cutest!
The boys want to take him everywhere. Unfortunately he can't go grocery shopping or to indoor soccer games and they just don't understand because he is such a "good little brother."
We have sent some pictures for you. You are truly an angel for allowing us to adopt such a wonderful "little brother".

Hello Norma,
We are Loving our puppies!! I gave them their 2nd set of shots today, they have had weekly baths, and they are just adorable.

“We got our puppy from Norma in January 2005, and since then, our lives have changed for the better. Our little pup, Teddy, is a bundle of fun. She is energetic, playful, and intelligent and she absolutely loves people. Additionally, despite her small size, she is strong and agile. From the moment we brought her home, we were in love with her. As new puppy parents, we had many questions for Norma and she was always available for advice and suggestions. We are so happy that we went to Norma to get Teddy; it is now impossible to envision our lives without her. Furthermore, my mom has also fallen in love with Teddy and she is now planning to get her very own little puppy from Norma. From the perfect puppies she breeds to the outstanding advice she offers, Norma is simply the best”!

From Jessica's Mom "I recently became the proud owner of the most adorable, angelic black and white fluffy puppy which we gave the French name Didier (nicknamed Didi). Each day that I enjoy Didi, I am thankful that Norma Thompson was available to provide me with this precious pup. Although Didi's purchase was a long distance endeavor, Norma made the experience manageable and far easier than I expected. From providing emailed puppy pictures beginning at Didi's birth to assisting me with every detail so I could get Didi home safe and sound, Norma was reliably available every step of the way. Moreover, Didi is such a remarkably well adjusted pup that the trip was tolerated beautifully and Didi fell right into her comfort zone in new surroundings. There is no way I would have even considered using a different breeder, even if located in my own back yard, for one simple reason : Norma Thompson is quite simply the best in the business"!

"Hi Norma. We bought a little black male puppy born October 21st from Mighty Mouse and Lady. My daughter wanted to take Lady home also. I just wanted to let you know that our little guy, who we named Bentley, is absolutely adorable. We can't take him anywhere without people stopping to pet him or just gush over how cute he is. You did ask if we could let you know how big he got so you would know what kind of pups those two produced together. He is about 5.5 lbs and a little dinky guy. We keep his fur long, ears short with a little goatee on him and people go crazy for it, even people that don't consider themselves 'Poodle People'. Thanks again".

"Norma: Thank you so much for adding so much joy and companionship to my life with my wonderful Parti puppy "BEAU". He is just gorgeous and has the best disposition. In fact he is so laid back by nature that this year I even took him to the fireworks display on the 4th of July. While all the other dogs were barking and running wild, Beau just looked at them with this "What is your problem" look on his face. He sat at my feet and actually watched about three quarters of the fireworks show without ever so much as twitching a muscle. Strangers on the street are constantly stopping me to pet him and ask about him. If I could clone him I'd make a fortune!!!....He is extremely smart and rarely ever barks. There is not one bit of snippiness or arrogance in him, and his health is excellent. He is very playful and active and such a joy to have around. When the doorbell rings he is the first one to the door, never barking but with his tail wagging a mile a minute. If it's someone he has met before or knows, he is so excited to see them that my guests always enter with big smiles on their faces and he gets petted and acknowledged even before I do. Everyone loves him. Thank you also for being so great about keeping in touch with me to see how we are doing. Since I have never owned a dog before it has been great to know that if I were to need advice you'd always be there!! You seem to care so much about each and every puppy that leaves your home. You have been fabulous!! I have recommended you to several people who have asked me where I got Beau because he is SO SPECIAL"!

"Dear Norma: Now that "Gala" is a year old, I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our adoption of this "wonder dog". She is the dearest little dog that ever was. Now maybe that seems a bit much, but this dog barks very little, totally potty-trained in weeks, never meets a stranger, has few fears and is devoted to both my husband and myself. What more could you ask of a family member. Her breeding must be the reason behind her perfection so kudos to "Bandit" and "Angie". I will continue to keep you updated of her progress, you should also be very proud of this success story".

"I bought my precious puppy, Chocolate from Norma last year of October. I could recalled vividly the advice and help that I received from Norma on how to take care of my Chocolate knowing it's my first time having a dog. Until this point, I can always call Norma with my simple questions. She's always there for me. I have found a breeder who is caring to her buyers and her dogs. Thank you".
